Two iconic teams of anthropomorphic individuals. You have the mutated Heroes on the Half Shell and the cat-like creatures from another planet.

What would happen if these two groups were to collide and find themselves locked in combat? Which side would prevail?

Would the teamwork and training of the Turtles be enough to overcome the raw power and experience of the 'Cats?

We'll never know, but feel free to speculate!

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Leonardo - leader and master of the ninja swords

Michelangelo - easy going wielder of nunchuks

Donatello - quiet but dangerous armed with the bo staff

Raphael - explosive and deadly with his weapon of choice - the sai

VS

Thundercats

Lion-O - leader and owner of the Sword of Omens

Tygra - stout warrior and mystic

Panthro - cunning tactician and powerful fighter

Cheetara - precognitive cleric and counselor

Who Wins?

If you want, we can do the undercard - Splinter vs. Snarf!

thundercats also, they actually fight as a team 99% of the time unlike the turtles whom go thru that teenage angst thing every book.

I'm a little disappointed that no one is giving the Turtles a chance. Of course the obvious choice would be the Thundercats because of the raw power they possess, but I have a different view on how things would play out.

Let's not forget, these are ninja Turtles. They would realize that lining up one-on-one and fighting on an open field of battle would not befit their skill set. I think that they would set up a diversion, I would send Donatello because he would know when to withdraw instead of fight to the end, and the other three would isolate and overcome one of the 'Cats. I would think either Panthro or Tigra.

Now, you're four against three and the odds start to shift slightly. If the Turtles can neutralize one more Thundercat using similar tactics then the battle definitely leans in their favor.

Of course, Lion-O by himself can probably kick the shell out of his remaining foes but he can be distracted or otherwise diverted by the skillful maneuvering of the Turtles and eventually overcome.

It wouldn't be easy but I believe that the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles can defeat the Thundercats!

OH, by the way, Splinter would turn Snarf into a cozy pair of slippers. Laughing

Thanks for playing along!
