I usually make my Change Requests through the software. I see you don't have a subscription, but you can still make changes through the website by selecting an issue and going to the "Item Details" page. There are two green icons above the "Item Data" box--one for editing info, the other to add a variant of that issue.

You can add a new publisher by clicking the "publisher" link on the left side of this screen, and selecting the green plus sign.

Not sure how to add a new title from the website. Probably something to do with selecting "Library" and making the request from there.

Over on the left column, there is a Change Request Manager link in the Search Library section. Click on that and you will be able to make any changes and/or additions you need. Please read the Change Request Guidelines first and they may be able to answer a lot of questions.

When adding a new publisher, title or issue, a link to a website or a photo will help the Approvers greatly as we can see what you are trying to do.

Feel free to PM any Approver with any questions.
