Just read The Only Living Boy. Fantastic. The next two books in the series are up for pre-order right now on Amazon and comic stores.

Currently reading The Cuckoo's Calling..because I like to read books years after they come out Laughing

Since I'm probably not going to get the 5 remaining issues of Spider-man that I still need anytime in the next year (or years for ones like AF15), I've decided to go back and start reading my Spider-mans all the way through (I read reprints of a lot of the sub issue 20 comics just because of how low grade some of them are).

I'm currently up to issue #116 and I've been having two thoughts for the last 30 issues or so.

1) Peter Parker, you are an f-in' moron when it comes to making up excuses to cover for your secret identity. 99% of the situations could easily be explained by "I needed find a good angle to take photos of Spider-man for my freelance/part-time photography position at the Daily Bugle."

2) I can't freaking wait for Gwen Stacy to die. Oh my freaking God Gwen drives me crazy with how flighty she gets (to be fair, Peter is just as flighty and it drives me just as crazy). And it's made even worse by the fact that the "Sins Past" story retconned it so that Peter never sealed the deal with Gwen. I'm now convinced that every single Gwen Stacy clone that subsequently appears has had her DNA spliced with a more stable person.

Took me about 11 months, but I finally got all the way through my entire Spider-man (reading order) collection. Fittingly it ended with re-reading Amazing Spider-man #800. It was 6.5 long boxes of reading and next I'm moving on to the remaining 3.5 long boxes of Spider-man material that doesn't quite fit well into the main continuity reading order (though I'll probably be able to skip at least 1 long box which has the side titles (like Tangled Web, 2nd Web of Spider-man series, and then secondary characters, like Venom, Spider-Gwen, Silk, Scarlet Spider, etc)).

I've already reread everything I can since I'm such a terrible comic book fan that I don't know what to read anymore.
