It's that spooky time again! When I was a kid and before I got into Super Hero comics I would feast upon some Horror Mags! To this day I still enjoy them and some of my favorite super heroes have some connection to horror in general. Moon Knight's first appearance was in Werewolf By Night after all.

Anybody out there like the Horror genre and what are some of your favorites?

In the early days my faves were mostly DC stuff like

House of Mystery


and Unexpected


and my favorite at the time - Weird War Tales


also a big fan of Monster books like Marvel's Where Monsters Dwell


and Where Creatures Roam


Not to mention Charlton and Gold Key entries like Boris Karloff Tales of Mystery


and Ghost Manor


Later I became a fan of other ones like Walking Dead


and 30 Days of Night
