Okay this is for anyone not aware of this little fact. As we all know, there’s tons of streaming sites out there by the big studios and recent studios who has stepped into the TV and movie industry ala Amazon Prime and Apple TV. However some people aren’t aware of this, but there are free streaming sites out there too. They’re mostly there for indie projects, international projects, and older movies and TV shows. However I find there’s a lot of these too that it’s basically became a case of “who needs live broadcast TV anymore?”
So I figure, why not list them then ask people if there’s anything (shows, movies, short films, etc) they recommend on these streaming sites? There can be quite some hidden gems on those sites. Remember they’re free, so no reason not to check out the catalog. Anyways here are the ones I’m aware of. Keep in mind, some of these might be region locked, so not all of them are going to work. I am from Canada though, so US residents will have access to even more sites than me.
Justwatched –
https://www.justwatch.com (not a streaming site per se, but does a good enough job in letting people know what sites movies or shows are available on and it has helped me find new free streaming sites out there)
