Last item in wishlist is not accessible.

I can not scroll down to the last item in my wishlist. I see the last item but I can scroll down to it and select it.

Is anyone having this issue on their iPhone? When I scroll down to the last title on the Wishlist, the title is not available to select. The screen scrolls back to the second to last title no matter how many titles are removed from the list.
