This is like the comic world from the 1980's.

Iron Fist's book ends, he quits the New Avengers and just drops off the face of the Earth. So where is he? World's going to hell in a hand basket and Danny Rand is what...hiding?

I like it and hate it at the same time!

Love, Iron Fist probably in my top ten. But when you go from Brubaker/Faction to the miserable Swierczynski, the book is gonna fail. I think they are gonna put him on the shelf for about a year and then have him start guest starring straight into a series, that will last about 10 issues and fail again. Rinse repeat. Iron Fist on like Vol.15, its too bad that A-list creators only have 12 issue idea's for him and then leave.

You can't count the story in Immortal Weapons though. It is down right embarassing. The dude is helping a little girl find her missing brother from the ghetto! Iron Fist should not be rescuing cats from trees! Dude should be smoking ninjas and battling the Hand and Hydra. Just a straight up waste.

Idk that's sort of what him and Cage started out doing right? I mean wasn't the whole idea behind Heroes for Hire to help out the immediate community? I think that's what he's trying to get back to with the whole helping the community thing. He's been off battling ancient weapons in mystic cities, but he's remembering why he did this in the first place. I'm a fan of this Immortal weapons series and his story going on through the back of it (just not the artwork, Danny looks like a bird in some frames). I think we'll see it pick back up after Weapons.

I've just hated in the past, when there was a major event and an A List hero is no where to be found. It would be like having the Skrull invasion in New York, but Daredevil is never mentioned.

I guess i'm just bitter because I love the character and want to see his books do better.

I think Ultimate Sabretooth is dead...ah well the Ultimate Power Man and Iron Fist might be something to pick up but I could only see it as a limited like 5 or 7 issues

I was really pissed when the book got cancelled or whatever Marvel calls it. I had high hopes for the Immortal Weapons one shots and so far Fat Cobra and Dog Brother have been pretty cool. Unfortunately the Bride of 9 spiders (my favorite weapon) was absolutely terrible. Anyway I really like Danny and if memory serves I remember a video where Quesada talked about a Marvel event called Shadowland drawn by Billy Tan. The writer hasn't been announced. The story would involve Marvel's street level characters. So I hope this means Iron Fist will be a part of the story as it sounds really cool.

I am pretty sure Ultimate Iron Fist is dead. If the book does come back hopefully we can get a new creative team. Would really like to see Jason Aaron take a shot, his Wolverine: Manifest Destiny mini was awesome. Regardless, I am the dumbass that will be buying the book good or (currently) horrible.l-)
