While Lieutenant Tuvok is on the starship U.S.S. VOAYGER in it's involuntary exile, his counterpart in a parallel universe is part of an underground movement against the ruling empire. Under the rule of the combined Bajoran, Cardassian, and Klingon empire, there is a growing underground consisting mostly of Humans and Vulcans who strive to break the yoke of slavery.
