I'm on the fence with this book. I read it twice, and I'm still not quite sure what's going on. It feels like the story will be interesting, but it turns out to be a mess. It feels like the characters will be strong and likeable, but they turn out to be unsympathetic. It feels like the concept of the book and team is cool and fresh(it's like Marvel's SHIELD in a way), but it turns out that the execution is poor.
It's a shame because I thought this book had so much potential. Perhaps it still does because this is only issue #1, but we will see.
All in all - cool concept, poor execution - 2/5.
