Kato #3 continues to deliver on the promise of the green Hornet franchise. As we have seen other titles shine and other flop Kato #3 sores above many comics in the balance of building Kato’s origins and Mulan’s motivations to light. What drives the elder Kato to be the hero he has become is answered in these pages.
