Of the zero issues I've read from DC's new 52, this one was easily one of the best ones.
It had a very coherent story, gave some answers about the origins of the armor and even set up what is to come next. If there was any story drawback, it was that it continued off a story started in another series, other than the Blue Beetle's own.
The art by Guara and Mayer continues to be well-done and fun, as well. All in all, it's a properly done way to handle a zero issue!
