Alfred Comes To His Own

Alfred Comes To His Own In this issue of Neil Adam’s Batman Odyssey we see Alfred become a more assertive character, bring Batman down to earth and out of his self reproach because of a death he could not prevent. We also witness the close relationship he had with Tania, Ra's Al Ghul’s daughter and batman’s old flame.

We also continue to witness the great art that has characterized this series from day one. It is great to know that there are a few artists out there that maintain high quality throughout the life of the series and do not sell their audience short by decreasing the quality of their output as the story evolves.

There is a puzzle fit for the Riddler evolving in this series that is not obvious to the reader, which will keep us going for the next cycle of issues to learn the answer; we are hooked.
