The previously solicited #2-4 was never distributed by Diamond and officially canceled in July 2018 (#2) and June 2020 (#3 & 4).
However, #2 & 3 were printed in small quantities for conventions. Beginning Summer 2020, Chapterhouse offered "Demand Edition" reprints directly through their website.
