Reeling from the tumultuous events of Will to Power and still numb from the apparent defection of their leader Grace, the Agents of Change may just find that solving this crisis is beyond their capabilities.
By the end of this issue, the Golden City we've come to know and love will bear little resemblance to the once-splendid cosmotropolis on the hill.
