Consistently Good Story Telling and Art

In Black Terror #12 we start a new story arc in which a new set of bad guys and a new side-kick are introduced, and a greater number of capabilities are demonstrated for the ghostly ship that Black Terror has inherited. This story ties in with the dream experienced by Black Terror in the previous issue.

As always the story demonstrates the immense opportunity that has been opened by Ross and Phil Hester with the whole Project Superpowers universe of golden age characters. Its not only amazing to see the good guys, but also the bad guys as the come on their own to the story. More back ground is required for new generation of readers to feel empathy with the heroes and an understanding of what motivates these characters. There are many loose threads that will be a delight to see how they are interwoven in future issues. This series is a great stand-alone from the rest of the Project Superpowers stories.
