Cool, Cool, Coooooool!

Wow! It truly is a brand new day. Writer Dan Slott is doing a great job with this story line, and John Romita Jr. is fabulous at embellishing the dialog with some great art work. These story’s have really captured me.

As I have said before in some of my reviews… Amazing Spider-Man has really been a fun read since “Brand New Day.” I love the interaction between the characters, and this issue does not let me down. Harry Osborn is expecting his dad, Norman Osborn, to visit the coffee bean, Harry’s esteem establishment, and the hang out of Peter and the gang. I love the conflict and true emotional wrestling that Harry displays while waiting for his dad to show up. Harry as been trying to prove to his dad that he can do things on his own, but his dad continues to be unimpressed. The drama is fantastic.

The humor is great too. Spidey, true to form, continues to deliver the quips and one liners with skill and timing. In this book we get to see a bit more into Spider-Mans thoughts as he begins to put together the puzzle of the spider tracer murders.

I was waiting for Mr. Negative to make a sceen but it never happened. Even though there was quite a fight in the mission that his alter ego owns, but the Negative man never exposes himself.

This is a great story so far. I can hardly wait the 7 days for the next issue.
