Her name is Faith and we got her out of the snake pit, I mean shelter, last week. She is about a year old. She is a diva; she is a talker and loves to be around people.

Here are the brothers waiting for breakfast.

Bandit, Odin & Sidler

This is how every day starts for me - Feeding Time for the Animals!

The black one in the front is Jezebel. To the right of her are Sidler, Odin, Smoky and Bandit.




These two are Krayzee-Eyez Killah and Missy. They insist on being fed separately.


Finally we have Phoenix who gets special treatment - she dines inside.

That's a lot of cats! Here is my Husky pup.

Crazy Cat Guy here. This is my Pride of cats having breakfast. The guy on the bottom left, grey & white, is Odin. Smoky is the grey one on the far right - she is the mother of some of these cats, getting up in age now. Right behind her is Sidler who has learned that if he puts his paw on the food plate it doesn't go sliding around. Jezebel (all black) is to Sidler's left and Bandit (brown & white) is directly behind. The two anti-social ones in the back are Krazee-Eyez and Missy. Not pictured is Phoenix, she doesn't get along well with the others and needs to be fed inside.



You might think that with so many cats that I don't see a lot of birds. Well, think again! Right now there is a family of Blue Jays that live in a tree out front. They literally chase my cats off of the front porch and eat the cat food right out of the bowl. While the cats just sit there and wait for them to leave.

Meanwhile, a pair of Mockingbird's have a nest out back and anytime a cat is in the back yard, in the open, they get bombarded by the damn birds. It's like they're trying to cross Omaha Beach while getting shelled and machine gunned. It's actually pretty funny, I am going to try and get a video.

In a previous post I said I had 10 cats. Well, I'm down to 8. RIP Sylvester. RIP Archie. They were both awesome cats.

He really doesn't like Bernie Sanders or Donald Trump. Those take up most of his tweets lately. He dislikes Trump because he builds buildings on sites that were once occupied by stray cats, so he picks on his political view and he hates Bernie for being a fake Democrat.
Don't blame me, I work all day, he stays home watching CNN and Fox news all day, it gets him riled up, then he tweets about his discontent. I tried to get him to watch better TV, but what can I do, I am at work.

Well, it looks like my Pride of Cats has expanded. As some of you know my Mom had a nasty spill in January and is now heading to a long term care facility. Her cats needed a new home and try as I might I couldn't find one. Or actually, seems like I did.

Here they are!





My mother had been calling them Samson and Tiger but I think we are going to rename them. Any suggestions?

They are both male and about 9 months old. The black one is the bolder of the two, he is the first one to explore around and the orange one will follow. The orange one is a bit mercurial, he will run and hide sometimes but other times he will just climb right into my lap and go to sleep.

We have four other cats already so it is a packed house. The other cats have had mixed reactions to the new arrivals. So far no fights and the new guys are not causing any trouble. Fingers crossed.

howie,your a good person for taking those cats in.i cant say no to cats either.2 inside and 3 outside.all have been spayed or neutered so not to overpopulate.
