At least a FN perhaps a VF based on some CGC books I've seen.

Hello everyone, I would like to ask a question. I have two copies of Magnus Robot Fighter Valiant #2. Both books are in identical condition. One has the bound in trading cards, but the coupon has been clipped. The other has all cards plus coupon, but the trading cards/coupon are discolored - off white to brown. Which is the higher grade?
