It's the megazord from Power Rangers Lost Galaxy.

I figured Power Rangers based on Saban, but the 1999 date is just after I stopped following the franchise. So I asked my 10 year old, and he recognized it. Then Google provided this link: https://powerrangers.fandom.com/wiki/Galaxy_Megazord

To me, it actually looks like a cheap knockoff of several Power Ranger megazords -- the head from the original dino megazord, the arms from the ninja megazord, and the feet from the Zeo megazord.

Finally got an ID on this guy!

It is Monev the Gale from the manga/anime series Trigun: Planet Gunsmoke.


I posted pics on this cool action figure website called Figure Realm and somebody recognized him. This is where I go to ID a lot of action figures. They don't have everything and sometimes they only show pictures of boxed figures but it is still pretty comprehensive. Plus the Forums are fairly active!
