Freaky Business!

Ignore the 'Faces of Evil' banner, this series is told through the eyes of villains anyway and thus has no real impact on this issue at all.

That isn't to say however that this issue was in anyway bad, quite the opposite however. This issue was a top notch slice of juicy awesomeness! Just as the previous 4 issues have also been!

The mayhem continues here in the 5th instalment on Secret Six, as Bane is in the hands of Junior, and we follow him as he goes through hell! We also follow the other 5 members as they re-cooperate from the events of last issue with some brilliant dialogue from all the characters, there is some brilliant characterization here as always. Gail Simone nails all aspects of capturing this team! I guess the input of Faces of Evil here is that we get some narration from Deadshot, which is very funny to read! The gang decide to go after Bane, thus meaning they have to confront Junior, and there is a pretty nifty (yet highly creepy) spoiler on the very very last page!

This current storyline revolving around the card from hell is brilliant and written in a really intelligent way. If you read it, you'll know what I mean, it's a really fun book, yet one of the most intelligent ones I'm reading across the board.

The artwork through-out is brilliant, and the is also what made the last page so disturbing! Another brilliantly humorous & intelligent issue!
