About G.I. Joe Hall of Fame (Promo)
The G.I.Joe Hall of Fame Promotional Set is comprised of 20 cards that came packaged with the 1992 assortment of G.I.Joe action figures by Hasbro.
Each G.I.Joe Hall of Fame trading card features artwork identical to its' Base Set counterpart, but with a unique gold border on each card.
Collector's Note: While each card retains the 1991 copyright date, these cards were not produced until 1992.
