Queen Sonja's adolescent story of coming of age is very well developed and would make this series worth every penny, but the art is definitely the weakest link. Red Sonja's adventures with a street gang of thieves of all ages is a universal story that Dickens' Oliver Twist is but one of the more memorable ones.
If only the art would keep pace with the writing it would be an excellent addition to Dynamite's line of innovative titles.
