Aside from having possibly one of the coolest covers I've come across on any DC book that hasn't been done by Alex Ross, this issue was really great in it's interior art and it's well written plot content!
This issue practically has everything you could want from a Superman story, and from the character as well!
It starts off continuing last issue's plot of Superman finding out who is in-charge of New-Krypton's army, and rounds it up in a very thought-through, believable and thought-provoking way with some strong dialogue.
You also get a little glimpse at the romantic, relationship side of Superman with his interaction with Louis in this issue which was very nice too see!
You also have some tense action to end the issue with as well, and when I say tense, I mean really tense (and slightly emotional I found).
This issue really makes you look at Superman's character in a closer way and takes a look at his Earth-found morals in a much more analytical way.
There is also a shocking spoiler at the end, which will be officially continued in the next issue and I cannot wait to read it!
Great artwork, and brilliant dialouge. This is one DC book you don't want to be missing!
