It is too early to know if this series will go any where. It has a few things going for it; the amazing art work that Aspen is renown for and the solid writing from Vince Hernandez.
Khary Randolph has a unique illustration technique, very reminiscent to the artists responsible for World of Worldcraft comics.
There is enough back-story included in this zero issue to entice a reader to read issue #1.
I'm sure we will be confronted by many creatures and many worlds beyond our reach as this series gets underway. I'm hoping that the story makes sense and that the art complements the story telling.
