"At Last I Will Have My Revenge!"
The Mandarin has monitored the Hulk and Sandman's fight, and has determined that together, he and the Sandman will defeat the Hulk. Elsewhere, the Hulk has reverted to Banner, and looks to find his way to Betty Ross. Though her father has her under guard, Banner finds his way to her, and a small amount of happiness is found before jealous Glenn Talbot barges in. Banner transforms to the Hulk, just as the Mandarin and Sandman launch a gas attack, taking Hulk and Betty captive. The Hulk comes to, and escapes his bonds. In the fight, the Sandman is transformed to glass, and the Mandarin escapes. Betty tries to reach out to the Hulk, just as Talbot gasses him, making the Hulk think that Betty has betrayed him. The Army now holds the Hulk captive. 20 pages.
