This was a enjoyable issue, there is no messing around here, it was enjoyable on the whole.
However, I want to get straight down to the goods and the bads within the issue.
This issue was practically one big fight scene, which can be interpreted by the reader however you want. I personally thought it worked well, the dialogue kept you gripped and interested.
The New Warriors are here, and there are some cool appearances from other Initiative members such as Slapstick which added to the fun nature of the issue.
So you've got a real bunch of wholey different characters here to keep you on your toes and enjoying the story.
There is a lot of focus on The Scarlet Spider's in this issue, and one of them meets a grave end.
Like I say, it's all just interesting because the dialogue is strong enough to keep you up to speed and hooked.
If it was not for the dialogue, I feel this issue would have flopped big-time, but Gage is a solid writer and held it together as is natural for him.
It was finally good to see the Thor Clone LEAVE in this issue. Now we can get back to the main idea in the story at hand; the avengers disassembled.
A good, and well written section on the Shadow Initiative, which moved along at a quick but easy pace. I'd love to see a lot more of this team in more detail! I seriously would.
Outstanding artwork from start to finish! Top stuff Humberto Ramos, good job buddy!!!
