Its based as if Booster Gold uses a device and goes back in time to try and prevent Barbara Gordon from being handicapped by the Joker. I give it 3 start because Booster keeps failing and keeps retrying to take on the Joker. Its not fantastic but better than some other stuff I've read as far as the Joker is concerned.
