The story turned out to be more dramatic than I expected from the Cover. Ideally I had picked this issue up because it was listed as a turning point in the Life of Dan Ketch. I guess you could say that. Being captured and tied up by Johnny Blaze was probably not something Dan has envisioned in his future. The whole scene played out pretty much like a mercenary with his hostage. What I really liked was how the "story-teller", Howard Mackie, laid the groundwork and kept it going thru the whole story. Now without giving anything out in the way of spoilers, I will say that both Johnny Blaze and the Ghost Rider were surprised with the outcome of this issues story. As always Mark Texeira creates gorgeous art to go along with the books stories. Those who become interested in this book once they pick up this issue, the story does not come anywhere close to completing until issue 18.
