Snake-Eyes and a support group of Joes infiltrate the Red Ninja Clans retreat in Tibet, where Cobra Commander and Storm Shadow have reappeared. T'J Bang of the GI Joe Ninja Force is living amongst the group as an undercover agent. The Cobra leadership is in dispute, Destro leaves Cobra and General Gibbs reveals that the US Army has captured a presumed alive Serpentor.
The Red Ninja Clan makes it return to the GI Joe. Sei Tin is introduced. The majority of the GI Joe team is on leave.
