While trying to deal with the technology presented in this timeline, Magnus learns that the Albanian capital of Tirana has gone into isolation, seeking to disassociate itself from the rest of the world. He also learns that they have technology 2000 years ahead of this timeline. Using the T.I.M.E. Vault, Magnus leaps to Tirana to confront the Good Shepherd.
