*Tono is the island diver who works for Captain Nate Wilkins, bringing back treasures from the ocean floor for Wilkins to sell. Tono brings Wilkins an item, violating the local taboo, the pearls of the Devil-Shark. The greedy captain rewards Tono with murders. Now rich, Wilkins meets an island girl, falls in love. Too bad for Wilkins that it is Tono's sister and the living embodiment of the Devil-Shark.
