Several comics were severely damaged because most comics were loose in box without bags and boards.
HeroComics - Matt- Hmmm. First I am hearing about this. Since you did not contact US, nor do we ship as you describe I can only conclude that you have us confused with another retailer. Your order was INDEED without bags and boards, but 'loose in box'...? We just do not do that. The proper way to take care of a situation like this is to CONTACT US. Why did you wait 90 days to leave feedback?
