Madman encounters a crash-landed alien, Mott, who is being pursued by the man-eater, Zenelle. He also deals a group of street beatniks with a grudge, who are strangely mutating. All this, plus a guest appearance of the G-Men from Hell and a Frank Miller pin-up.
