The Squadron Supreme induct members of the Institute of Evil as new Squadron teammates, after they've had their behaviors modified. Unfortunately, Amphibian can't stand the moral issues and resigns from the team just as Golden Archer is expelled from the team with Lady Lark leaving with him. And elsewhere Nighthawk believes he has finally come up with a plan to stop his former teammates.
