After Jonathon Kent, a member of the parole board, refuses to parole Lex Luthor. Luthor frames Clark, who ends up in prison as Lex's cellmate. Superboy and Krypto eventually get Lex to confess.

*In order to lift the spirits of a group of prospective Legion applicants, Bouncing Boy tells them of his origin, and of the difficulties he faced in trying to convince the Legion that he was worthy of membership.
