There is a mysterious killer loose in the decaying streets of Arcadia, the X-Killer, or simply X. It's not the average citizens that are worried; it's the criminal organization run by Carmine Tango that is his target. X has them so worried that they hire an assassin known as Gamble to stop him. The two trained killers stalk each other with innocent lives in the balance.
