Lady Jaye has questions about General Rey's history. General Mars Herring turns out to be a part the Red Shadows organization, who makes its presence known by kill the Jugglers, capturing Serpentor's body, attempting to kill Hawk, killing US physicians and the Emir of Al-Amini Emirate, assassinating a known terrorist, destroying a convoy carrying aide supplies, killing the German Secretary of Special Defense, killing Reggie (a Joe informer), and attacking Flint and Lady Jaye... and Lady Jaye may die.
Death of General Gibbs and the rest of Jugglers. Pictures of confirmed deceased: Joe Colton, Glenda, Rampart, Tracker, Big Boa, and Asa Negra. Director Medina previously introduced as a secretary to the President in issue #40 is named. Red Shadows leadership is named, and its history as an organization is told.
