"He Walks With Ghosts!"

A brutal man inherits an estate that contains an ancestral graveyard. He decides to be rid of it, and hires a contractor to dig it up. Once the corpse are uncovered, he finds his crew has fled, and he must man the excavator himself. He takes a nap after the work is done, but awakens to see a corpse in the driver's seat of the excavator, and his last sight is the shovel descending. 5 pages.
"The House That Fear Built"

A couple is delighted to see that somebody is building a house on the lot next to theirs. Although they see no workers, the house is built in an amazingly short time and stands vacant. Overcome by curiosity, the couple ventures into the open house, and are trapped by Venusians, who are studying Earthlings, and have found their major weakness: curiosity. 4 pages.
"The Nightmare!"

A psychiatrist listens to his patient recount her nightmares. She tells a story that seems peaceful and normal, but in the last panel you see that both she and the doctor are ghastly demons, and the normal, to them, seems horrific. 3 pages.
"The Girl Who Didn't Exist!"

Archeologists find a statue of a young Roman noble woman. A young archeologist is obsessed with it, and that night is pulled in his dreams to the past where he meets the young woman and intercede on her behalf, becoming a hero. The next morning, they cannot find the young man but unearth a second statue of young nobleman who looks astonishingly like the missing anthropologist. 4 pages.
"The Frightened Man!"

The dictator of a small Eastern European country has driven off what he thinks is the last of the resistance to his rule. Then, a green-haired stranger appears, telling the dictator that he is a Plutonian with telepathic powers. He offers to help the dictator see those around him with treason in their hearts, in what turns out to be a lesson in the self-defeating powers of paranoia. 4 pages.
