At the mall, Wally West plays pogs with some of the local kids, before Linda drags him into a barber shop to get his hair cut. As the hair stylist finishes, Wally hears a scream and zips away to confronts the source. It turns out to be a man named Razer, who wears a suit slick to the touch and outfitted with blades.
**Note-1st apperance of Allison Armitage, she will later become mixed up with Abra-Kadabra and sue Wally for negligence involving her injuries**
