"Quiet Miracle"
In this wordless issue, we see old and one armed Rick Jones on the streets on Christmas, unable to switch with Genis after a kid mugged him for the Nega Band he can no longer wear. Rick tries and fails to commit suicide, then happens on a homeless pregant woman about to give birth. Rick delivers the child, saving the baby from certain death. The mugger, who was the womans older son, arrives and returns Ricks bracelet.
A couple swaps later with Captain Marvel, the Supreme Intelligence's cure finally kicks in. Rick is young and finally has two arms to wrap around Marlo.
