Synopsis: A safecracker known as the Black Phantom steals an atomic device and sets it to destroy Ivy Town if he is not released from custody. Meanwhile, the Atom finds himself thrown back in time again and again to relive a single day.

“The Atomic Flea” (11 pages)

Synopsis: The Atom, dazed by a blow incurred fighting crooks, finds himself in a flea circus and thinks he is a flea, while a Ray Palmer impostor steals important spaceshot data for a gang of spies.
