"The Gods of Bal-Sagoth"
As member of a pirate crew battling Turanians at sea, Conan finds himself captive aboard a Turanian galley. Unfortunately for him and the crew, the crippled ship is smashed in the rough seas on a hidden reef within the White Mist.
Conan and Fafnir (a Vanirman) find themselves washed ashore on a mysterious island. Soon they meet Kyrie and hear her story, about how she came to be on the island, and how she had been revered as a God, until banished from her city, Bal-Sagoth, by the High Priest Gothan.
Conan and Fafnir agree to help Kyrie regain her seat in the city in exchange for food, riches, and women. But, before this shall be theirs, Conan must battle Gothan's champion.
