"The Power of Ka-Zar"
Kraven the Hunter reads about Ka-Zar's unique Sabretooth tiger, Zabu, and sets his sights. He travels to the Savage Land and executes his capture. Ka-Zar chases his opponent to his transport ship, but cannot overcome Kraven, and is left behind. He then tracks Kraven to New York to rescue Zabu.
"Unto You is Born the Doomsman!"
Dr. Doom creates the Doomsman, an android creation to be imprinted with Doom's own brain patterns. Crown Prince Rudolfo of Latveria wants the throne back from Doom, who stole it from his family, and he plans a coup. He employs the woman Ramona, who resembles Doom's lost love, Valeria. She is granted access to the castle and disrupts the transferal process, and the Doomsman escapes during Rudolfo's coup attempt.
