"Lost, Worthless and Forgotten"
*SUMMARY: A series of uncannily unfortunate circumstances leave Wally West more destitute than ever before. The Flash finds himself down and out, living on the streets, begging passers-by for money or scraps of food. The experience, though terrifying for Wally, leads the young hero to a better understanding of the nature of homelessness and re-introduces him to the Pied Piper, a former supervillain who has taken it upon himself to feed the starving masses. A startling revelation regarding his unexpected downfall then comes to Wally when he and the Pied Piper, along with a crowd of homeless men and women, are confronted in the street by a menacing extraterrestrial that seems to be stalking the Flash.
