Cathode wants to add the Wild Pack to her collection and she has the power to do it. This leaves Silver and Deathlok alone, to face the might of Cathode and her minions. A bloody battle ensues, leading to a self-destruct sequence beginning in the facility. Meanwhile back in the states, Sandman is checking his options with a rival organization called The New Wave. In the embassy Paladin has a run-in with Lorna, not exactly the nicest of encounters.
