"Blood Relatives"
While investigating the site of the first alien parasite attack, the L.E.G.I.O.N. cruiser passes through a rift, emerging into a pocket universe from which the parasites had come. Landing on a ravaged planet, they encounter Pax, the sole survivor of his race due to his being enhanced by the parasites' bites.
Pax intends to destroy the remaining parasites with a homemade bomb, but before he can detonate it, the aliens attack, overwhelming the L.E.G.I.O.N. with millions of larvae. Knowing the battle is lost, Dox and the crew flee the planet and use the bomb to seal the rift.
The L.E.G.I.O.N. then sets course for Earth to deal with the remaining parasites.
