"The Darkfield Illumination"
A strange red mist engulfs NYC as the Fantastic Four mysteriously lose their powers. Reed traces the source of the mist to the North Pole and he and the FF head out to investigate. As Johnny recons ahead of the team he is captured by a band of Viking bikers. The FF find the bikers but must surrender in order to be taken to the source of the red mist. In a great city under the ice, the Viking's god now lies dying. The god summons the FF and he tells them his story and how his powers keep the ice city alive. But his powers are failing, and he needs Reed to cure him.
