"Funeral Arrangements, Part 2 of 3: Desperate Measures"

The Vulture is dying of cancer, but before he does he wishes to take care of some unfinished business. Such as apologizing to May Parker for killing her fiance Nathan Lubensky. Unable to forgive him May slaps him and chases him away. She then calls Peter to tell him about the Vulture coming to her house. Angry that the Vulture came to May's house he spends the night on her couch in case he returns. Later that night he does come back, and Peter ends up in a fight with the Vulture. Aunt May pleas for them to stop and the Vulture makes his escape with Peter as hostage.
