"Funeral Arrangements, Part 3 of 3: Final Judgement"

Peter, having escaped from the Vulture, returns as Spider-Man. They battle in the sky and the Vulture knowing he's already going to die and wanting take Spider-Man with him overloads his suit, but instead of exploding it catches fire and Spider-Man saves them both. He then brings the Vulture to Aunt May to apologize once again for all the pain he has caused her.
