"Shadow of Alarm"
The Fantastic Four are heading to Washington DC to testify before Congress about the Mutant Registration Act. But their headquarters come under assault just as Reed finishes with the upgrade to the defensive systems. The Baxter Building is attacked by several lower level villains; Constrictor, the Beetle and the Shocker. The villains are detained and the FF heads off to DC.
